What I bring is a full-stack view of the supply chain: I've negotiated 3PL and carrier contracts, owned distribution and logistics budgets end-to-end, and managed customs compliance across international shipments. I like operating in matrixed, multi-country environments where the answer isn't obvious and I have to build the process myself and I've consistently turned that into measurable cost-to-serve improvements, from a 40% logistics cost reduction at Uber to $1M in annual savings at Amazon.

• Own the delivery schedule for high-performance AI hardware moving through a live global deployment pipeline, coordinating with vendors, carriers, and internal teams across multiple countries to keep material flowing on time.
• Manage the transactional, day-to-day side of vendor relationships tracking performance against committed dates and flagging risk early enough that it doesn't turn into a missed milestone.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, and Engineering to keep processes standardized as the program scales, building tracking tools where none existed before.

Inventory, Logistics & Operations Manager at Uber (2024-01 – 2025-10)

Warehousing, transportation & 3PL management | 20+ cities | Team of 25

• Rebuilt the logistics network from scratch folding fragmented 3PL relationships, procurement, and warehousing into a single, centralized operation across 20+ cities. That redesign is what drove the 40% cost reduction above.
• Sat as the main point of contact for 3PLs and carriers, running the commercial negotiations and holding them to service levels through regular business reviews rather than reactive firefighting.
• Owned the logistics and transportation budget with full visibility into cost to serve where the money was going, where it shouldn't be, and what to renegotiate.
• Built and coached a 25-person team of coordinators, setting clear expectations and giving direct feedback that raised the consistency of the work coming out of the group.
