With over 10+ years of experience in the Call Center Industry I’ve been delegated administrative functions through out the years due to my expertise and profile aptitudes. Functions included individual agent feedbacks, daily and weekly reports to Senior Management, pipeline and forecast sales reports to clients, research and investigation to share with team on different applied sales strategies and techniques to improve KPIs, gave training to 16 waves and took andradogy courses to improve training sessions on data retention techniques and applied neurolinguistcs emphazising remote videocall sessions.
