Hi, I'm a Biomedical Engineer turned Software Developer since 2020. I have been working as a Pega Developer for 5 years and I have experience working in the financial (banking), telecom, customer service and R&D fields.

● AMDOCS – October 2023 – Present

Software Developer - Worked doing research on the new features of the Pega Platform and how to leverage them with our current customers. Created multiple POCs using Process AI, Data Flows and Adaptive Models to fulfill customers requirements. Helped multiple projects to implement new features, updates and the transition from POC to MVP and then to product.

● PerseusX - January 2022 – October 2023

Software Engineer – I fulfilled the role of a Senior Pega Developer in the R&D team of the company providing guidance to Junior Developers, designing complex solutions, creating tools to fasten development, promoting best practices, doing research of Pega’s frameworks and supporting the sales team with demos and PoCs.

● Rulesware - March 2020 – December 2021

Software Engineer – I worked in an agile environment, designing and developing software solutions in PEGA’s BPM tool to meet business requirements. I have experience in PEGA 8.4, developing REST/SOAP services, workflows, case management, HTML/CSS sections and web mashups. Participated actively in refinement sessions and had good communication with our clients and my team, and kept up with PEGA’s platform updates and badges.
