• Payroll 360°: I oversee the entire payroll process for over 9,000 employees, managing salary calculations, deductions,bonuses, and special payments for biweekly totals of approximately 90 million MXN, ensuring accuracy and compliancewith labor and tax regulations. I also validate all SAP HANA payroll calculations in Excel to guarantee data integrity.
• Divisional Support & Advisory: I serve as the primary payroll advisor for company divisions, addressing payroll inquiries,providing guidance on salary structures, and assisting with termination settlements and special cases.
• Payroll Issue Resolution: I handle payroll rejections, resolve discrepancies, and offer direct problem-solving support toensure timely and accurate payments.
• Mentoring & Training: I lead training sessions for new hires, ensuring they gain proficiency in payroll calculations,analysis, and compliance.
• Tax & Social Security Contributions: I calculate income tax (ISR), severance and retirement contributions, employer andemployee IMSS contributions, as well as annual, monthly, and retroactive bonuses as specified in contracts.
• Financial Reconciliation & Payment Control: I conduct thorough payroll reconciliations to align financial records andensure accurate employee payments, addressing discrepancies before funds are disbursed. I also perform annualreconciliations with the accounting department during financial closings.
