I am a compassionate, attuned, committed therapist who wants to help clients live in alignment with their most closely held values that they choose. I use trauma-informed and creative exercises, ACT, CBT, and DBT to help clients identify, accept, and feel their feelings without judgment. I help clients to learn to self-validate, self-love, and self-regulate, while enhancing their communication skills with others.
