Listen and respond to customers to resolve complaints, provide information about the reservation in question, all this via telephone or email. Handle and coordinate high risk/complexity guest cases and if possible prevent negative review, and / or financial impact.
Always trying to cordinate with our partners (the locations where the guest stays), for a resolution.
Provide a solution before the call ends for a better customer experiences.
