My job duties were to work closely with customers to help find solutions to their questions or concerns about our warranty policies or technical questions of our products which includes various auto parts. If need be I would work with other departments to answer the customers questions or transfer to correct department. Most of the calls were inbound B2B.
I have experience working under pressure and keeping emails up to date on daily basis. I take pride in being organized and being able to multitask.
