Ordinay and Extraordinary Counsel and Stockholders Meetings.
Compliance proceedings and methods to prevent company risks.
Implement strategies to obtain and keep up to date all Permits and
Licenses filings (Construction / Operations / Environmental/regulations).
Participate on due diligence implementation and process.
