We’re looking for a Full Stack Lead Developer with strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, and AWS to join our client's team in Kuala Lumpur!

This role is perfect for a hands-on technical professional who combines development expertise, solution design capabilities, and excellent client-facing skills.

What You'll Do:

• Lead Technical Discussions – Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, clarify business needs, and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Design Smart Solutions – Contribute to product architecture, solution design, and technical decision-making.
• Build & Develop – Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js and modern frontend applications using React.js.
• Leverage AWS – Work hands-on with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and Cognito to build secure and scalable applications.
• Drive Development Planning – Plan frontend-related projects and help ensure smooth execution across development sprints.
• Collaborate Across Teams – Coordinate with backend, frontend, design, and product development teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Own the Delivery – Take responsibility for technical quality, solution implementation, and alignment between client expectations and development deliverables.

What We're Looking For:

• 7–8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and React.js.
• Practical experience with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and Cognito.
• Proven experience engaging directly with clients and independently managing technical discussions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Experience with product solutioning, system design, and backend development.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
