Monitor, identify, and correct straightforward software defects to maintain fully functioning applications software. Create and maintain technical and/or user documentation to a high standard and back up files to ensure instant recovery if problems occur. Contribute to development of existing and new applications by analyzing and identifying areas for modification and improvement.

Contribute to development of new applications to meet customer requirements. Create and ensure compliance with a company wide document management system. Collate and analyze data using pre-set tools, methods and formats.

Involves working independently. Help others get the most out of data management systems by providing support and advice.

REQUIREMENTS High School / FE College (2 A Levels) Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised Experience of general supervision of more junior colleagues Supports business processes without supervision by understanding and effectively using standard office equipment and standard software packages, while providing technical guidance as needed. Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on analyzing data trends for use in reports to help guide decision making.
