Java Developer

• *What you'll be doing
• Design, develop and implement high-quality Java-based applications and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Write clean, efficient and well-documented code adhering to industry best practices
• Participate in code reviews, testing and debugging to ensure application reliability and performance
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for end-users
• Research and evaluate new technologies to recommend improvements to existing systems
• *What we're looking for
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Java developer, building complex enterprise-level applications
• Proficient in Java SE, Java EE, and related frameworks and technologies (e.g. Spring, Hibernate, Maven)
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
• Familiar with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and ORM tools

Experience in Agile/Scrum software development methodologies

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills
