We are hiring a

Lead Full-Stack Engineer to own the end-to-end delivery of modern software solutions.You will lead a cross-functional engineering team, guide technical decisions, and contribute hands-on across backend and frontend components. The ideal candidate enjoys both system design and product-driven engineering, with strong ownership and stakeholder collaboration skills.

ResponsibilitiesLead a full-stack engineering team delivering features across backend and frontendLead the development and delivery of backend services and APIs using Kotlin/Java and Spring BootArchitect scalable microservices with a focus on performance, reliability and securityDesign backend services using Kotlin/Java (Spring Boot) and frontends using Angular/ReactCollaborate with product managers, UX designers and backend/frontend peers to define technical roadmapsDrive engineering excellence through code reviews, quality standards and scalable architecture decisionsEnsure seamless integration between frontend interfaces and backend services/APIsContribute to deployment and DevOps processes on Azure/AWSCoach engineers, foster a culture of ownership and support continuous skill development

RequirementsStrong hands-on experience in Spring Boot backend development and modern frontend frameworks (Angular or React)Deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, microservices and event-driven systemsAbility to design and guide end-to-end solutions, from database to UIExperience working with Postgres, MongoDB, or CosmosDBFamiliarity with Git-based workflows, Agile delivery, CI/CD environmentsProven experience in a senior or lead role, mentoring engineers and coordinating delivery with stakeholdersExposure to Azure/AWS cloud and DevOps pipelinesNo visa sponsorship available
