PROCESS TECHNICIAN at CJBIO MALAYSIA SDN BHD (2021-11 – Present)

• Operate and monitor crystallizer and decanter processes to maintain production efficiency.
• Control plant operations through Distributed Control Systems (DCS)/PLC Allen Bradley and rigorous field inspections.
• Collect and record process data to ensure stable and efficient plant operation
• Perform plant startup, shutdown and equipment isolation activities in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Collect process sample and conduct basic laboratory tests including pH, density and total solid analysis
• Identify and troubleshoot process abnormalities to minimize downtime and maintain production targets
• Prepare unit equipment for maintenance. Ensure the equiment in safe condition before handover to maintenance
• Responsible to inform or report any abnormalities to shift leader to production representative

PRODUCTION OPERATOR at ENCOMPASS INDUSTRIES SDN BHD (2021-05 – 2021-10)

• Daily check on all process equipment and monitor process condition
• Maintain compliance to production SOP and specification for product quality
• Troubleshooting on production process and quality
• Taking sample for laboratory analysis
• Maintain cleanliness of the process area

OPERATION SUPPORT PERMIT CONTROL CENTRE at PCOGD TA (2019-08 – 2019-10)

• Appointed as operation support permit under NEWWIN seconded to PETRONAS Chemicals Olefins Sdn Bhd (PCOSB)
• Supported PCOSB on complying to all permit to work, registered in PTW tracking sheet (softcopy) and supporting document for filing and record purpose
• Support operations teams in PCOSB Olefins plat for LOTO tagging and de-tagging process as well as plant start up activities after turnaround

OPERATION SUPPORT at PC OLEFINS SDN BHD (2019-02 – 2019-07)

• Assigned as an operation support in Olefins plant quench tower system, carry out operator certification process (PFD, P&ID and process familiarization)
• Follow operating discipline principles, procedures and practice to ensure safe and efficiencies operations
• Conduct field check on process equipment, monitor process, equipment and control system
• Perform operation task such as field check, equipment preparation, taking samples, general equipment inspection and LOTO activities.
