I have assisted in preparing training and development programmes by conducting training needs analysis, designing and evaluating training plans/courses. Coordinate and liaise with internal and external consultants on employee’s training needs and arrange for in-house or external. I also assist in applying for grant application in HRDC for employees going to in-house or public training. Liaise with HRDC on licensing & training claim for employees.
A graduate in Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (Hons.) Human Resource Management from University Teknologi Mara with a CGPA of 3.62.
