Design & Project Experience at TODO Design Sdn Bhd (2024-09 – 2025-01)

I handled 2D and 3D design work for various residential projects using AutoCAD and 3Ds Max. To keep things moving fast, I used adobe Photoshop to make the final renders look great. Aside from drawing up elevations and joinery details, I also helped my seniors with site visits, taking project photos, and picking out materials. I'm good at multitasking and always make sure my work is detailed and finished on time.

Independently managed boutique operations, ensuring precise cash handling, financial reporting, and stock monitoring. I provided tailored customer service while maintaining store presentation and executing high-impact visual displays to drive foot traffic and engagement.

I delivered high-end service at L'Occitane through hands-on demos and expert product advice, consistently exceeding my sales goals. I handled everything from cashiering and stock to setting up creative store displays and managing the recycling program.
