I have core backgrounds of engineering dating back from Diploma in Mechatronics, followed by Bachelors HONS in Mechanical and Manufacturing engineering from University of Derby, United Kingdom. My first job experience is a Mechanical Engineer in Micron Memory, a world leader in Semiconductors. My current job is a Process engineer for Advanced. Semiconductor Engineering, Inc (ASE ). Also known as ASE Group, is a provider of independent semiconductor assembling and test manufacturing services, with its headquarters in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. As a process engineer, I am constantly improving my process by studying the DOE of process. I have maintained good CPK and low yield of my process by constantly monitoring and doing Preventive maintenance. I am experienced in FOL processes from Die Bank to Wire Bonding.

I started my path in Micron on 11th May 2021 as a fresh graduate. The offered post is Shift Manufacturing Engineer. A summary of my job description includes: -
Manages the WIP across Functional Work Area for Assembly operations to ensure smooth material flow per the given execution plan.
- Good knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, SPC Implementations, KAIZEN /Continuous Improvement & Poka Yoke.
- High alert on machine efficiency, safety aspect, PPE violations and ensure safe operation procedures per SOP.
- Communicate and highlight or handing/taking over duties/issues between shifts, liaise with Management, Planning and Engineering on daily production issues.
- Observe, record, and provide solution for better machine UPT
