Appointed as BIM Modeller to conduct the 3D model geometry for Network Equipment and Structured Network Cabling System served for project Data Centre KUL21 and KUL99.

• Develop 3D BIM models for structured cabling and network equipment including server racks (47U& 52U), Wi-Fi devices, CCTV, face plates, conduits and cable trays across multiple data centre levels.
• Calculate cable tray routing for length horizontal network cabling (Cat6) and backbone fibre length.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Autodesk Navisworks and collaborate with BIM coordinators to resolve design conflicts.
• Produced tender BIM models (LOD100) for projects (Bank Negara DC - Lanai Kijang, OCBC Data Centre,KUL21 DII, and KUL22 Data Centre.
• Participate in site coordination meetings to support shop drawing development and as-built documentation.
• Ensure model accuracy and constructability in accordance with BIM standards and project requirements.

Appointed to develop 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for BIM data management and virtual site coordination for Project 8MD3 (Mixed Residential Development in Putrajaya), covering Architectural and Interior Design trades.

• Produce accurate 2D and 3D shop drawings and collaborate with architects to minimize site installation errors.
• Developed Architectural families including doors, windows and interior/exterior components for BIM models based on specifications by client.
• Superimposed consultant drawings (ZDR&GDP)for shop drawings production and convert them into coordinated 3D models.

Appointed to develop lists of electrical families by architects (Bergman & McKenzie) for Mixed Residential Building (Fabbrica Fitzroy, Australia) for client Pace Development Group

• Worked as an Electrical BIM modeller supporting architecture and interior design teams for complex lighting layouts.
• Integrated electrical lighting and switching families and populate these families into floor plan layouts into BIM models based on 2D architectural drawings provided as references.
• Produce and verified lighting legends and ensured modelling accuracy according to project design standards with correct legends
• Generated lighting layout plans for each floor for submission to architects.
• Participated in internal BIM coordination and clash detection sessions with client.
