Aryda Daud

My name is Chik Nur Aryda Binti Chik Daud from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I am 29 years old and Single. I am passionate about the Train system and working very hard to ensure people commute to their destination safely and on time.

I have 7 years of experience in the Metro train system especially in the CBTC. I am familiar with different kinds of Automatic Train Supervision (ATS) interfaces such as Bombardier Cityflo 650 and Thales Seltrac that have been used in MRT Kajang Line and LRT Ampang & Sri Petaling Line. Over the 7 years, I have experienced all kinds of failure and degraded modes including a Major Emergency Response Plan (ERP) to strengthen my skill and response as a Controller.

I graduated from Port Dickson Polytechnic, Negeri Sembilan Malaysia in Diploma Electrical Engineering in 2015 and started my railway career the next year. Then, during the pandemic in 2020, I pursued my part-time degree in Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Railways System) with honours and targetted to graduate in July 2024.
