I am a highly motivated and experienced computer hardware and software specialist with over 10 years of expertise in the technology field. My professional experience spans over a decade in the technology sector, beginning as a PC expert specializing in hardware technology in Sri Lanka from 2009 to 2012. Subsequently, you transitioned to a role as a project assistant and web developer at the Ministry of Economic Development in Sri Lanka from 2012 to 2014. Returning to your expertise in PC hardware and expanding into software development, I worked again as a PC expert in Sri Lanka from 2014 to 2019.

Continuing to broaden your skills, you joined Global Link IT Solutions SDN BHD in Malaysia in 2019, where you served as a customer support executive and software developer until 2024. Throughout your career, I have demonstrated proficiency in hardware and software technologies, as well as a commitment to customer support and project assistance.

My most relevant education includes obtaining a Diploma in Information and Communication Technology (NVQ L4) from the National Apprentice and Industrial Training Authority. This diploma signifies my formal training and expertise in the field of ICT, covering a broad range of topics related to information technology and communication systems. It demonstrates my foundational knowledge and skills necessary for roles within the technology sector, aligning with my professional experience and aspirations.
