• Engineering support to production, maintenance, QA, validation and R&D to ensure smooth process and work towards process optimization of new and existing products.
• Set up procedures and standard operation of machines, monitor implementation, and ensure close adherence.
• Provide technical support to production in all process-related problems
• Experience in ISO 9001 QMS with the ability in developing & improving procedures (SOP & WI) & work processes including data collection for analysis.
• Initiate, organize, and coordinate qualification improved process via trial runs
• Prepare protocols, risk assessment (ISO 14971), FMEA and change control for new and improved process, product and machines.
• Perform quality improvement kaizens to achieve KPI (yield, failure cost and customer complaints)
• Lead and perform internal auditing (knowledge of ISO 9001, 13485 and 45001)
• Lead and provide technical and documentation training for co-engineers.

Possess Bachelor degree in Polymer Engineering graduated from UNIVERSITY MALAYSIA PERLIS
