I manage communication with customers and suppliers, prepare terms and conditions, and assist with operational matters like warehouse storage, cargo damage claims, and trucking arrangements. My role requires accuracy, quick decision-making, and strong communication skills, especially when simplifying messages or preparing professional customer updates.
