At GXBank (Malaysia's first digital bank, backed by Grab), I've grown across three chapters:

→ Onboarding: Delivered Malaysia's fastest digital bank onboarding at under 4 minutes. Referral feature doubled daily sign-ups and added 200,000+ users.

→ Deposits: Launched Bonus Pocket — 100,000+ pockets opened, RM800M+ in deposits within 7 months.

→ AI/LLM: Now building ML-based recommendation and LLM-powered banking experiences.

What makes me different

I operate across the full stack of product — business strategy, UX, engineering, and marketing — without losing altitude on any of them.

I've led teams (8-person product engineering team at Razer Fintech), shipped RM800M+ deposit products at GXBank, led cross-country teams (MY & SG), and also built working AI prototypes solo. The range means I can lead the team or ship a prototype myself — depending on what the problem needs.

• Traditional PMs coordinate specialists. They write PRDs, manage handoffs, and measure success by how well they align a room. Their output depends entirely on the team around them.
• The Super IC PM is different. With AI as a force multiplier, one person can now own distribution, design the experience, ship the code, and make the strategic call — without waiting for anyone. The bottleneck is no longer the team. It is the judgment of the individual.

Senior Product Manager, AI & LLM Experience at GXBank Bhd (2026-02 – Present)

Building ML-based Recommendation Engine and LLM-powered conversational banking solutions

• Building ML-based Recommendation Engine for personalised financial product suggestions across savings, cards, lending and insurance surfaces
• Scoping and prototyping LLM-powered conversational banking – context-aware financial guidance beyond rule-based chatbots
• Built a working AI banking prototype independently (gx-ai-prototype.vercel.app) – multi-goal financial planning, gap analysis, and automated product setup. Benchmarked against Rytbank, Malaysia's much-publicised first AI digibank

• Bonus Pocket: Designed and launched a flexible high-yield savings product – 100,000+ pockets opened and RM800M+ in deposits booked within 7 months of launch
• Led regional Core Banking/Deposits function across Malaysia and Singapore, balancing regulatory requirements with a unified UX

Delivered Malaysia's fastest digital bank onboarding and implemented referral feature

• Delivered Malaysia's fastest digital bank onboarding at under 4 minutes, benchmarked against all licensed digital banks in the market
• Referral feature: Doubled daily onboarding volume and added 200,000+ new users by converting satisfied customers into active advocates

Associate Manager, Product Engineering | Team Lead at Razer Fintech (2021-05 – 2023-01)

Led Product Engineering team and owned product roadmap for fintech solutions

• Led 8-person Product Engineering team (Product Executives + UX Designers); coached members on skillset development and career growth
• Self-Service Onboarding: Pivoted from full-service to self-service merchant onboarding — cut activation time from 5 business days to under 10 minutes, unlocking a previously unreachable micro-merchant segment

Co-founded digital platform connecting celebrities with fans, led cross-functional team

• Led team of 10+ across celebrity relations, marketing, design, and engineering. Scaled Goceb from zero to RM50,000 monthly run-rate
• Launched three digital products (Personalised Video, 1-to-1 Video Call, Digital Live Events) and led full go-to-market for each
