1. Quality improvement in hospital/clinics environment based on the guidance of Joint Commission International (JCI) and Malaysian Society for Quality in Health (MSQH) standard documentation 
2. Failure Analysis in Manufacturing environment which focus on quality improvement, product defect study, and customer complaint focus on product defect. Mainly handle scanning electron microscope SU 3500 Hitachi, Grinder-polisher Ecomet Automet 250, and Digital Microscope (Keyence VHX 6000).
3. Assist Quality Assurance /Control in establishing document to follow standard of ISO9001:2015, ISO14000, and IATF 16949.
4. Completing and passed wireman Grade 2 Single Phase Course.

Wireman Grade 2 Single Phase Course - Focus on the theory design and physical wiring of single phase follow the Electrical Inspectoral Unit (EIU).

Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electronics (Telecommunications) - Electrical and electronics study with some C++ and programming for engineers basics.
