Overall responsible for the monitoring, budgeting, control and supervision of Hospital Operations support services division/ department.
Responsible for the amendment or enhancement of current SOPs for departments.
Operations
Responsible for the general operations for the hospital.
Submission of reports and notifications to Health Dept, MOH as and when required.
Assist CEO in planning and implementation of hospital development projects such as proposals for capital expenditure, expansion, renovation and upgrading works.
Champion of Lean Six Sigma Project Improvement, leading Patient Journey and Hospital Operations Flow for better Operations Management.
Champion of 5S Project, leading 5S Audit and maintaining 5S Standard.
Oversee and Public Relation, Purchasing, Business Office, Pharmacy, Human Resource and Nursing daily operations.
Oversee overall Hospital Productivity.
Any other duties as assigned by the superior.
Digital Marketing
Oversee company’s digital marketing, operation campaigns and operational digitalization project.
Monitoring and evaluating monthly Digital Marketing to optimize the performance target.
Out-sourced Services
Monitor the performance of the out-source vendors (Vending Machine, Ambulance Service).
Ensure all the out-sourced vendors are in compliance with MSQH Standard requirements, Infection Control Guidelines and Private Hospital Health Act.
Manage, monitor and evaluate all out-sourced service providers to ensure uninterrupted, quality and competitive deliverability to meet the hospital operational needs.
Medical Record
Monitor the performance of the support service and provide guidance to the department for performance improvement.
Ensure the department adheres to the company’s policy and process as well as accreditation standards requirements.
