My recent professional experience is working at Hospital Umra as a Care Assistant for 3 months. Able to do blood test such as Full Blood Count and Urine Test such as Urine FEME as well as COVID test.
Previously, I worked in Aegis BPO as a Customer Service Representative for 6 months. I handle inbound and outbound calls as well as emails. I also helped to provide training to the new staffs.
