• Support the maintenance team in repairing and servicing Kawashima packing machines, Kawashima can sealers, and Ishida industrial weighers. My work involves assisting with mechanical adjustments and repairs of gears, rollers, shafts, and bearings, as well as helping with the inspection of pneumatic systems and replacement of damaged tubing.
• To take part in servicing cutter knives, including sharpening, alignment, and replacement when necessary. Additionally, I assist in replacing worn mechanical components such as springs, seals, and rollers.
• After repairs are completed, operate the machines for post-repair testing, monitor performance in packing, sealing, and weighing, and provide feedback on the machine’s condition.
• Follow safety procedures during abnormal conditions (such as electrical leakage) by immediately pressing the emergency stop button and switching off the main power supply to the machine. Ensure the area is secured to prevent further operation, notify the supervisor and maintenance team without delay.
