Duties and Responsibilities

• Assigned to prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements for clients from different industries on 12-months basis period.
• Assigned to record accounting transactions for 12-months basis period including accounts receivable, accounts payable, sales, purchases, other expenses, cash and bank payments for enterprises and private limited companies using UBS accounting software.
• Performed the work of accounting documents checklist to be received from clients including documents for master file, sales and purchase invoices, payroll documents, cash receipts and bank statements, inventory documents and other relevant transactions.
• Performed the work of audit vouching on selected documents.
• Performed other duties as assigned such as post out documents and compilation of audited reports.
