Esther Ching

Fresh graduates from the Department of Psychology of Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, currently looking for entry-level jobs in HR-admin. While I may not have direct experience in HR-Admin, I am highly motivated to learn and grow in this field. I am a fast learner, adaptable, and driven by a passion to contribute my best to any team I am a part of. I am committed to continuous learning, open to feedback, and ready to embrace challenges with a positive attitude.

I have prior experience as an intern in the childcare teaching field, which may have equipped me with valuable skills such as communication, patience, and empathy. Although my previous role was in childcare, I am desire to transition to HR administration indicates a readiness to apply these skills in a new context.

My education has equipped me with a foundational understanding of human behaviour, motivation, and interpersonal dynamics.
