Data Management & Digital Lead at Air Selangor Malaysia (2020-01 – 2022-12)

Led the End-to-End project delivery of the Big Data Analytics Transformation, from demand management, sourcing strategy, project execution and change management. Established the Digital and Analytics CoE with a cross-functional data team of 20+ members. Established the CoE framework to support Data Lake Operations and enable advanced analytics. Oversaw the migration and integration of 25 source systems to build a centralized Azure Data Lake.
