• Maintained daily, weekly, and monthly yield performance above target, while analyzing yield loss data to ensure production quality.
• Oversaw multiple power module manufacturing stages including Singulation, 3D Assembly, Reflow, and Automated Visual Inspection (AVI) to ensure efficiency.
• Specialized in pick-and-place operations at Singulation and 3D Assembly, enabling quick detection of issues and correlation during alarm events.
