MANUFACTURING EXECUTIVE (FOL) –TEXAS INSTRUMENTS (KL)
•Manage, Supervise and Drive team to meet goals require bydepartment for Die Bond and Wire Bond•Emphasize work quality and compliance in production line.•Engagement with line personnel and counter-part department toensure smooth production running.•Improve cycle time with FIFO Tagging and control start materialsfrom early process•Improve OEU in production under MFG portion (Log in/Logout lot,efficiency in Passover with tool running, 24hrs mindset outputinstead of 12 hours).•Collaboration Projects with EE in Elimination Sagging Wirereject,Auto minor conversion, Carrier Extender at Wire Bond.•Improvement Projects at Die Bond for Wrong LF Mounted,Lot sizeimprovement, Minor conversion and increase EDT life span.•Strategize better way to run with Ramp Up mode.•Involve heavily with integration of Automation (Robot)insideproduction line (Die Bond and Wire Bond) to improve MMR.
MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENT ENGINEER – ON SEMICONDUCTOR SBN
+Create training packages (Level 1-Level 4) for new Technicians andEngineers. The training packages are divides into 5 level matrix of skills(Level 5 on Project Paper).
+Responsible to train all new technicians and engineers and certify thembase on requirements.
+Involve in AM-PM project to improve OEE and MTBA of machines. Alsodefine right setup machine to run production at FE.
+Lead team to do 1up and 2up Lead Frame (Major Conversion) at QFN
+Liaise with vendor on machine setup, installation, buy off and maintainingthe machine operation.
+Lead project for E-universe which is a platform where all employees canrefer video for standard setup, handling and manage machine.
+Capable to handle Die Bond : ASM 832P,ASM E-CLIP,ASM 838/838P
Wire Bond: ASM Eagle 60, ASM Eagle Extreme& Twin Eagle
