PRODUCTION MANAGER at 3cat Sdn. Bhd. (2024-09 – Present)

3cat is a Malaysian omnichannel platform for used electronics specializing in pre-owned Apple products and more, has raised new funding in a Pre-Series A round in June 2025 to expand its retail network, build in-house repair operations, and accelerate digital platform growth across Southeast Asia. Joined and established production department as founding member alongside head of department in the early stage when it started out 4 retail outlets until up to date 20+ stores, as well as to build the base for production & repair technical solutions and standards.

• Lead the deployment of production management strategies to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage and mentor a team of production professionals, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Oversee material procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics to ensure timely product delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production operations with business goals and quality standards.
• Analyze data and key performance indicators to drive informed decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Address issues promptly and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence, such as delivery delays or material shortages.
• Cultivate strong supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms to reduce costs and ensure supply chain reliability.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards in all production activities.
• Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making related to production management and supply chain optimization.
• Drive the successful execution of production management projects.

belltowr provides home automation hardware software solutions, IoT trading and consultation service for B2B. We also design and build customize system integration for smart home. With the power of opensource, we create to bring IoT integration seamlessly in the massive players smart home market, linkage different product range into one controllable web app.

Tailor base on clients' requirement and tender to highrise/landed developer household project, one stop solution including motorized curtain/electric roller blinds, wifi networking planning & deployment, surveillance camera system as such.

• Deployed and managed more than 30 household and office custom centralized web app, installed and configured more than 100 households for smart home systems.
• We've helped our B2B clients tender project to developers such as EcoWorld, ParkCity, Binastra, Meadowfield, Dk properties and etc.
• Worked with medical support client to proposed and implemented automation for nurse call system to Prince Court Medical Centre, MAHSA Specialist hospital.
• Technical consultant for smart home & IoT brands like Aqara, Yeelight, as well as retails like Aihome (local company).
• Design and build solutions for constructors, interior designers.
