- Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance
- Read all submitted reports by lower rank managers to reward performance, prevent issues and resolve problems
- Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile

- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services, Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle

- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints, Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce, cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
