Hemah Thevar

Good day to all of you. I’m Hemah Thevar Palasantran, and I'm delighted to have the opportunity to interview for the HR role. I hold a bachelor's degree in human resource management from the University of Selangor. Currently, I reside in Port Klang with my family. I recently completed an enriching 10-month internship at the Nestlé Distribution Centre, where I had the privilege of working in various HR capacities.

In total im having 1 year experience in related field . I was primarily responsible for recruitment, people engagement, and organizing employee events. I was fortunate to interact with over 500 employees, providing them with assistance and support whenever needed.

I have one year experience in HR Recruiting. i worked at nestle distribution center I have developed a strong foundation on end to end in the recruiting processes. I have successfully collaborated with hiring managers and developed job descriptions. I also did poster and advertised it for the job vacancies.

Moreover, I had best experiences and new learning in my previous company and that's a best development of mine. I have improved my ability to interact with people over 500. Overall my experience that i had gained is not only developed myself, also helped company's growth as well.

I have successfully earned a degree in Human Resource Management from UNISEL with a commendable CGPA of 3.24. This educational background has equipped me with a solid foundation in HR principles and practices, providing me with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the field of human resources. My academic achievement reflects my commitment to learning and my dedication to becoming a knowledgeable and effective HR professional.
