I am with Royal Bank of Canada Investor & Treasury & Services, prior to that did spend some years with Standard Chartered Bank and also Computer Science Corporation CSC.
With over 12 years of experience in; global application support (APAC, European and Canadian market), application audit management, application disaster recovery planning, application testing, post implementation verification testing, business analyst role, incident management, change management, problem management, budget and planning, application's subject matter expert, developing business requirements, business continuity management, knowledge base management, project management, root cause analysis & application release management.
In my current role I manage teams across two regions (APAC and Europe) in providing application support for internal transfer agency together with the shared services business operations teams and maintain relationship of application technology support services provided to key stakeholders across business operations within a global geographic setting.
