My name is Idlan Bin Razzak Kamel. I'm 23 years old and a holder of Malaysian Commercial Pilot License with Frozen ATPL. I'm currently active in job searching particularly in role of a flight crew. I have always been facinated about aviation & aeroplanes. And my dream is to fly one of those big aeroplane someday.

Aside from my aviation experience, I have also acquired various types of soft skills as I pushed myself to explore my capabilities & desire to succeed. I had involved in sales field specifically in Car Industry as a Business Manager for 1 year, (August 2021 - October 2022). I sourced out leads in used car market via online and offline marketings. In addition, I act as an intermediary in negotiations between parties & as well as coordinating flows between department to ensure a smooth business.

Last but not least, I had also explored service field as a waiter & sales attendant for retail stores during my break from studies and free time.

All of these valuable experiences eventually taught me to have a strong people skills & to be a critical thinker should any issues may arise. Which I believe is undeniably useful in a situation of managing the cockpit and acting as part of the flight crew in the flight deck.
