• Responsible for planning and monitoring site work schedules for water treatment plant projects, including fabrication, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), and Testing & Commissioning (T&C) to ensure timely project completion
• Involved in the installation and termination of mechanical and electrical equipment on site, ensuring all works are carried out in compliance with specifications and approved drawings
• Conduct Testing and Commissioning of a complete water treatment plant process with the capacity of 30 MLD and produce the T&C report and OMM to clients and consultants
• Commissioned chemical preparation system and dosing system that require minimum supervision and maintenance by incorporating auto preparation system, compressed air pad system, dust management system and drainage systems
• Integrated an alum automatic dosing system of SCD with dosing pumps, enabling real-time adjustment of dosing rates based on PID control parameters and sensor feedback reading
• Prepare RFI for missing or unclear information in the BQ or drawings and coordinate with clients and consultants to arrange M&E works inspection through RFWI
• Troubleshooting and resolved on-site technical issues and prepared the required spare parts in accordance with maintenance requirements to ensure efficient system operation
• Survey and prepared detailed cost estimation for mechanical and electrical parts based on BQ during the tendering process
• Generated design calculations for chemical dosing systems in a process plant, including head loss analysis, dosage rate, retention time, tank capacity sizing and dosing pump capacity.
