I have more than 15 years of working experience in multiple roles in the oil & gas industry. My extensive experiences in multiple different workstream covering the upstream, midstream, downstream and the corporate provides me a good in- depth understanding of the business acumen and the business operations. In my most recent years I have worked in Operations Excellence and Digital Office focusing on Technology and Digital Transformation within Dialog Group.

I have successfully delivered the 5 years Roadmap for the Dialog Group in line with the group digital strategy to transform and support the business in years to come. This also include improving Supply Chain Excellence improvement. I am a believer in Lean principles with emphasis on outcome / results-oriented.

I find ways optimizing operational efficiencies and productivity across all company’s businesses by streamlined business processes, digitalise manual process. I have involved in Data Analytic Project, having increased data visibility and insights for informed business decisions.
