My name is Jacklene Peter, I’m 24 years old, and I’m from Klang. I am currently in my 6th semester pursuing a diploma in computer forensics. With experience working at McDonald's, Watson's, and in a dental clinic, I have developed strong skills in customer service, teamwork, and time management. I have successfully managed delivery orders, handled cash transactions, assisted customers with their needs, and supported healthcare professionals in patient care. These roles have enhanced my ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while ensuring a positive experience for both customers and patients

I am currently pursuing a Diploma in Computer Forensics at Management and Science University in Shah Alam. My coursework has provided me with a strong foundation in digital evidence collection, forensic analysis, and cybersecurity. I have gained hands-on experience with various forensic tools and techniques, which has equipped me to effectively apply theoretical knowledge in practical scenarios.
