Report to Executive Director on day-to-day operation activities
To work closely with ED to development of business strategies, implementation of projects, achievement of customer satisfaction and meet company quality objectives
Responsible for managing including implementation strategic plans and managing day to day business of the company
To provide leadership to enable the company to achieve its goals by profitability and developing high perform team
Lead the team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
Ability to translate company business strategy to operation plan and execute to achieve the desirable outcome
To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities set by board of directors
Generated sales volume of MYR2.0 million monthlies
Achieved 95% shipment on-time
Achieved 85% quality improvements
Achieved 80% reduce of wastage
