Product & Process Engineer in Allied Hori Sdn Bhd (2020-Current)

1. Interact with customers to gather product requirements and involve in injection tooling Design for Manufacturing (DFM) to secure customer approval, establish project schedule, and provide regular project updates.

• Develop various process documentations such as BOM, Product Packing Standard (PSD), Quality Work Instructions (QWI), and Control Plan to ensure smooth engineering activities from Engineering Pilot testing (EP) to production stage.
• Conduct engineering tasks like measurement data analysis, troubleshooting, and improving technical directions for injection tooling/machine parameters to achieve project milestones within the specified timeline.
• Lead investigations to identify root causes and implement permanent solutions for issues encountered during new product and process development.
• Optimize and adjust processes to meet quality and production goals effectively.
• Participate in the creation of plastic part secondary finishing processes like spindle spraying, tempo printing, and laser printing based on customer specifications.

7. Supplier discussion for spray paints, inks, plates, and jigs development:

Engage in Pre- and Post- production meetings to share information and evaluate initial production results:

Meetings involve QC and Production departments.

Focus on improvements for a successful Mass Production run.
