In my part-time roles, I contributed to both KARL LAGERFELD and Room 8008. At KARL LAGERFELD, I focused on enhancing brand.com sales by managing product listings, crafting compelling product descriptions, and optimizing categorization. I maintained e-commerce visual merchandising, improving the online shopping experience with visuals for the SS23 collection and also supported Zalora's operations by ensuring accuracy in product information and pricing adherence.
In my earlier position at Room 8008, I actively participated in new collection launches by coordinating model looks, managing window displays and ensuring precise merchandise allocation during the Barbie collection launch. Alongside crafting in-store displays aligned with new collections and weekly highlights, I supported PR initiatives by coordinating outfit selections for KOLs. My commitment to personalized customer service, offering styling suggestions and managing inquiries contributed to meeting monthly KPIs.
I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Public Relations (Honours) in TARUMT. I have actively contributed to the successful execution of various events by planning and overseeing the entire event flow. My responsibilities have included coordinating schedules, venues and materials to ensure timely and effective training sessions.
I have also played a key role in carrying out high-impact events which had significant attendance. An example of this is my involvement in the successful execution of Orientation Odyssey Night 2022.
