- Liaise with client on their property.
- Provide space planning and interior works
- Prepare proposal to Buyer / Tenant
- Property Management and Leasing
- Helping to collect rental and after sale services
- Checking defect and Workflow in time
- Work closely with suppliers & subcontractor ensure their quality of works progress
- Ensure all proposed design and timeline set are met
