I am minoring in Finance. During my academic career, I studied a variety of courses that have given me the knowledge needed to be successful in the finance industry. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to learn about macroeconomics, financial management, investment valuation and analysis, portfolio management, and financial market analysis.
Of all courses, I have learned many things, and the most valuable is knowing some financial asset valuation models, such as the free cash flow (FCF) and dividend valuation model. Furthermore, I also have taught myself to build a financial statement model and discounted cash flow (DCF) model. I am also started to learn to become a chartered financial analyst (CFA) charter holder to increase my credentials.
