I am a graduate from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College in BSc in Analytical Chemistry. I am seeking work as a chemist in a dynamic organization where I can launch my career and work towards building a strong skill set. I have experiences in operating Laboratory instruments from my studies and internships such as FTIR, UV-VIS, Abrasion, Puncture & tensile strength testing machine.

In my current job as a chemist, I am in a versatile role to provide help to several departments and liaise with customers to achieve mutual understanding. I also provide training to the Quality Control analyst for the related testing, such as Two phase titration , Acid-base titration and Redox titration.

To schedule production planning and expedite readiness date in accordance to customers’ demands.
Oversaw work of manufacturing and quality control operators.
Managing and planning new incoming projects or products, preparing lab samples for customers, monitor pilot batches and actual production.
Carry out necessary testing and monitoring on all production or laboratory projects.
Testing includes pH determination, Determination of relative density, Viscosity test, Two phase titration for Anionic Surfactant, Acid-base titration to determine Alkalinity and Redox titration to determine Available Chlorine.
Managing QC laboratory inventory and ensure instruments’ calibration up to date.
Troubleshoot & investigate complaints received by customers, prepare investigation report and CAPA report.
Assist in Customer Audit in accordance to ISO 9001:2015 and customers’ request or expectations.
Assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions and make recommendations or proposal to management or customers to resolve the issue.
Observed production developments to improve the process and maximize the efficiency.
Conduct continuous improvements on existing formula.
Interact with customers to resolve any formulation and production related issue for operation and products’ improvements.

Assigned to conduct projects to improve the endurance of industrial glove.
Conducted research on new components for products’ improvements.
Compare the costing of current and new developed.
Prepare laboratory samples and pilot batch and evaluate performance of new formula.
Determined the samples mechanical and physical properties of the samples produced, compare and evaluate the results.
Testing includes tensile strength test, puncture test, abrasion test, zeta potential, surface tension, pH and viscosity.
Prepare report and presentation slides to report findings to supervisor.
