Good day, I’m Moses here I’m a full time chef, ive started being a chef since 2008 when I just completed my Diploma in Culinary arts. I’ve been working my way up and I love cooking and it’s my true passion, ive enter culinary competition and Love teaching cooking too, my last job was at The Fullerton hotel as Jr sous chef. As a chef I’ve worked for great chefs from around the world, such as chef Sandro Falbo head of chef association of Singapore ive also cooked for many great people the sultan of Johor, late Prince Azim, Crown prince of Johor, Singapore own prime minister also. Thank you for viewing
