Project Field Focus: Architectural. Working on 3 Block 33 & 38 Storeys consisting 1055 Units with Podium 10 Storeys, Edusentral @ Phase 3, Setia Alam and 1 Block 38 Storeys consisting 378 Units with Podium 10 Storeys, Edusentral @ Phase 4, Setia Alam.
- Managed Architectural work progress, construction of 3 Block 33 & 38 Storeys consisting 1055 Units with Podium.
- Manage Architectural work progress, construction of 3 Block 38 Storeys consisting 378 Units with Podium.
- Manage manpower, machinery and material at site
- Liaised with client, consultant, architect, contractor, sub-contractor, supplier, other parties to communicate effectively regarding progress site activities
- Interpret data documentation work method statement, query documentation, instruction, site inspection, revise drawing, material on site, site progress
- Ensure and handle workers for work arrangement with sub-contractors, workers, machinery operator daily
- Planning upcoming site activites and monitored work progress
- Gather information by attend meeting with staff, HQ management, client, contractor, supplier, subcontractor and safety to make sure work done based on planning
- Ensure all activities follow scheduled, work method statement and meets quality
- Liaised with safety department regarding toolbox meeting, precaution taking to ensure site meets good arrangement in safety and cleanliness
- Coordinated Defect liability Period work by indetifying, monitoring and closing defect with Customer relation department ( Client ) and Project team.
- Planned and supervised workers and subcontractors to ensure defect rectification works were completed safely, on time and according to quality standards.
- Attended weekly defect coordination meetings with clients and project teams, providing progress updates and ensuring timely defect closure.
