Good day to you. You may call me Zouie in short, 30 years old & I'm from Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. Before this, I pursued my first degree in Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) Electrical and Electronic Engineering majoring in Instrument and Control Systems from Petronas University of Technology (UTP), Malaysia.

This course not only provided me with solid fundamentals in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, but also equipped me with exposure to technologies, problem-solving, management and analytical skills. I do have more than 5 years working experience specialty in customer services.

Currently, I am working as a Front Desk Ambassador at TDCX which specializes in receiving incoming and outcoming calls and emails, welcoming guests and organizing the operations of the company’s events or meetings. Besides, I have experience working as a Senior Cabin Crew at Qatar Airways (5-Star Airline) for 5 years, which exposed me to different cultures, working environments and various skills such as customer service, leadership, team player, communications and problem-solving.

I finished my secondary high school in 2010 at Technical Institute of Kuala Lumpur with results of 7A 3B. After that, I have pursued my study in one of the best engineering university in Asia for my 1 year of foundation & 4 years of Bachelor degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering at Petronas University.
