2 years of professional experience in the retail industry, specifically as a Retail Sales Associate at UNIQLO MALAYSIA from April 2019 to October 2020. During this time, i were responsible for providing exceptional customer service, utilizing product knowledge to recommend and upsell merchandise, collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets, and staying updated on new arrivals and promotions. I also actively engaged in product training and contributed to team meetings and sales performance reviews.
In addition to my professional experience, i have also completed an internship at MOCCIS FURNITURE SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where i assisted the IT department in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, participated in the development and implementation of a database management system, and conducted research on emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency.
My skills include proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Swift, and Java, as well as web development languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I also have experience in software testing, quality assurance, problem-solving, and troubleshooting. Furthermore, i have demonstrated adaptability and teamwork skills in my professional roles.
As for achievements, i have been recognized on the Dean's list for the 2nd and 4th semesters of Software Engineering program at UniKL, Malaysian Institute of Information Technology (MIIT). Additionally, i have completed the SwiftUI Academy Program, a 3-week course program designed to instruct students in SwiftUI software development for the iOS platform, and obtained a certificate in Google Project Management through Coursera.
