Customer Assistant (Part-time), Watson's, June 2022-July 2022

• Provide professional service to customer regarding sales items.
• Ensure sufficient stock level and achieve sales target.
• Promote expertise in Watson's VIP Member card.

• Reviewing insurance check payments and managing new student data files.
• Answering making phone calls and receiving messages from clients
• Assists office administration (filing, data entry, scanning, copying, typing, etc.)
• Manage student organization activities and arrange programs with other institutions.
• Updating student personal data (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, organizing the content of webinar talks (Microsoft PowerPoint) and e-mails (cross-district letters, participation certificates, application form and etc).
• Supervising webinar talks with SOCSO, attending talks programs (Industry-Institution Engagement Program (Manufacturing Industry), Labour Ordinance Sarawak, Social Security, and Worker's Rights Regulations).

• Provide professional service to customers by explaining food details.
• Maintain high standards of customer service during high volume and fast-paced operations.
• Resolved issues on inventory control and stock ordering by creating and updating a detailed database for weekly monitoring with the management.
